Landlord Certificates
It is the legal responsibility of the Landlord when it comes to gas safety at their properties.
By law a landlord who rents out a property is required to ensure that all gas appliances are safe to use.
These appliances can only be registered safe by a registered Gas Safe engineer,
who has to carry out these inspections.
At Cole Heating we are Gas Safe Registered
and am therefore a qualified engineer to carry out
Gas Safe inspections and issue a
CP 12 gas safe certificate.
